Before upgrading your Wildcat! 5 ICP Pack program and support files, please
verify that:

* wcSERVER.EXE has been shut down, along with ALL Wildcat! 5 client 
  programs.
  
* You are running this patch program from your Wildcat! 5 home directory 
  (normally C:\WC5).
  
The patch program will NOT upgrade your files properly if wcServer is 
running, or if you run the patch program from the wrong directory.
